Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Evening Janitorial Supervisor(s) to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial work and possess strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively. Location is in the northern area (Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, Windsor) We are looking to hire someone who lives in this area.
This is a part-time evening position. This person will work independently within the Denver Metro area. Our main headquarters is located in Lakewood, Colorado.
The candidate should have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience overseeing a team of cleaners/janitors at various locations throughout a spread-out geographical area. In addition, hands on experience in window cleaning, hard surface floor care, carpet cleaning, and efficient production of cleaning procedures for all locations.
Extensive experience of a minimum of two (2) years in the janitorial industry is required. The hours would be 5 to 6 hours per night with an option of full time depending on performance.
The primary responsibility is ensuring that staffing levels are met, service to all locations is delivered, and that quality service is delivered on a daily basis.
This person will be responsible for hiring, training, overseeing, and ensuring that the janitorial team represents the company with the highest quality of services. This person will understand quality control management, supervision and motivation of multiple employees, budgeting, supply ordering, equipment maintenance, planning to conduct quality control inspections and employee over-site supervision.
Some Saturday evening oversight is required depending on the ability to ensure service guarantees on every single service day required at all locations.
NO FELONIES! Applicants MUST be able to PASS a Full Criminal History Background check. This includes an extensive multi-state Background Investigation.
MUST have a clean Motor Vehicle Record - MVR
MUST have basic Computer skills / Office Skills / Technology to work with our software program.
This position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, bend,stoop, reach high and low, and perform all duties related to general Janitorial/Custodial tasks.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus+
