Position Type/Hours:
Full‐time position. Hours will vary Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Position Profile:
This position is responsible for performing general cleaning, sanitizing and other tasks and services throughout the building.
Essential Functions:
- Empty trash and recycling containers.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas.
- Clean microwaves daily and other appliances as scheduled or as needed.
- Wipe, dust and/or disinfect surfaces in offices and meeting rooms.
- Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and window treatments.
- Load and run dishwasher daily and hand washes any cookware/utensils as needed.
- Stock supplies (paper products, eating utensils, pop, etc.) in restrooms, kitchen, dining area and conference rooms.
- Provide daily and weekly maintenance/cleaning of all coffee machines and beverage areas.
- Maintain a neat and orderly janitor room and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
- Perform any other cleaning task as needed or requested for special events or circumstances.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
- Ability to operate equipment used in routine office cleaning.
- Ability to interact with staff, and vendors while remaining professional, polite, and courteous.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to

up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds.
