LEVEL 1 CLEANING TECHNICIAN

The person hired for this position will be assigned to clean on a regular schedule.

General cleaning includes: trash removal, dusting, sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming and window washing.
Areas cleaned include: offices, restrooms, fitness rooms, break rooms and conference rooms.

Responsibilities:

Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client.
Completing work to standard
Being to work on scheduled days and hours

Qualifications:

Dependable with reliable transportation
Cleaning experience preferred
Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers
Detail orientated
Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
Cell phone to send and receive emails
Driver's license with no major offenses

Physical Requirements:

Work in an environment where good physical and mental health is required
Ability to bend, turn, stoop, stand, reach high and low, lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
Be able to talk, see and hear well

Carter Cleaning Company will train you on the proper guidelines, procedures, use of chemicals and equipment during initial training and on an ongoing basis. Employees are expected to follow these guidelines and procedures as outlined.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
