Your Role at KIK
The Janitor position role provides overall facility upkeep to support operational efficiency and workplace health standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Will clean offices to include vacuuming all carpeted areas and mop vinyl floors.
- Clean out light fixtures in drop ceilings throughout facility
- Dust and maintain windows in front office.
- Will empty all trash cans, clean front office kitchen, replace bottled water container if empty.
- Will keep the lunchroom clean, mop the floor, clean the tables.
- Will mop the floor and clean table in conference room.
- Will clean both restrooms in front office.
- Will run floor cleaner throughout the plant daily.
- Will clean Facility & Maintenance Manager office.
- Will clean shipping & QC offices.
- Will empty all plant garbage cans.
- Will cut grass around the building.
- Will weed whack all areas.
- Trim all bushes out front and around the building.
- Maintain drainage outfall.
- Also pick up any trash around the building.
- Maintain paper products in all restrooms.
- Bale cardboard and plastic for recycling.
- Maintain Production PPE supply inventory.
- Maintain an organized inventory of supplies for job.
- Perform weekly & monthly audits of safety items including cleaning of specified items.
- Clean water dispensers and change bottles when needed.
- Organize and assist in tracking of bottled water supply.
- Perform misc. painting throughout facility.
- Fill-in for any Production needs on random occasions as needed.
- Chaperone misc. vendors through the facility as needed.
- Complete Daily, Weekly & Monthly tasks list as directed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

What You’ll Bring
- Must be able to use cleaning supplies in a safe manner.
- Must be able to stand, kneel, and lift 75 lbs.
- Must be able to use power equipment in a safe manner.
- Should be able to maintain all equipment used.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
