Our paid training will teach you everything about house cleaning and running a cleaning team if you apply for Team Leader. As long as you are willing to learn, we will teach you.
We are a professional cleaning company and we need mature people who take pride in their work. If you can do that we can promote you up the ladder to as much as $30/hr.
Team Leaders drive the company car, and manage 1 or 2 Cleaning Partners. You're back to the office no later than 5:00. You get 20 days off a year, paid time off at 6 months, 1 week paid after one year, 2 weeks paid after 2 years, and 3 weeks paid time off after 4 years. Who does all of that? No one, except us.
Team Leader pay
- Pay: $650 - $750 per week - PLUS Tips and Bonuses. $25/hr Cleaning. On average you will make $700 Gross a week, before taxes.
Cleaning Partner
- Pay: $600 per week - PLUS Tips and Bonuses. $23/hr Cleaning. Not interested in leading a team? No problem. Start off being a Partner and if you want to move to Team Leader at a later date, that's totally cool too.
Guarantee Pay
- $650 a week for Team Leaders and $600 for Cleaning Partners. If you work a full day every day of the week M-F, we will guarantee you earn at least $600 or $650 a week. If you miss any time during the week then you get paid only what you clean for the week. In this industry, customers do cancel and reschedule which can result in a short day. We got your back. As long as you are available all week we will cover any pay shortage. NOBODY does that but we do.
