**Job Overview** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our hospitality team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas, ensuring the highest level of food quality and safety for our guests. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our restaurant. **Duties** - Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment after each use to ensure a clean and hygienic environment. - Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, and appliances. - Ensure all food service areas are clean and organized to meet health and safety regulations. - Load and unload dishwashers, and transport dishes and utensils to and from the dishwasher. - Clean and maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors. - Assist with bussing tables and clearing debris from the floor. - Support the kitchen team with food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables. - Follow all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest level of quality and safety for our guests. - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are served in a timely and efficient manner. - Participate in the banqueting and catering process as needed. - Perform any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant. **Qualifications** - Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Knowledge of food safety and handling practices. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. - Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods of time. - Experience in catering and banquet settings is an asset. **Skills** - Experience in a restaurant or food service setting. - Knowledge of food safety and handling practices. - Experience with bussing tables and clearing debris from the floor. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization. - Experience with catering and banquet settings. - Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods of time. - Experience with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
