The Facilities Group Hawaii (TFG HI) is a combination of two local companies that has provided facilities maintenance services to leading businesses in Hawaii for over 50 years. We provide comprehensive commercial building maintenance and cleaning services, including daily janitorial, carpet cleaning, floor stripping and coating, pressure washing, sanitizing, and building maintenance and repairs.
Bottom Line: TFG-HI Utility & Floor Technicians are the cleaning specialists who focus on areas that are janitors are unable or unequipped to clean. Our Utility Technicians are a direct representation of the company to our clients and are instrumental in helping clients maintain a positive and clean environment for their employees and customers.

- Arm and disarm alarm systems.
Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Janitorial or housekeeping experience is preferred. Experience using pressure washers, buffers, scrubbers, and/or extractors is helpful.
- Must be able to work efficiently and follow specific directions.
- Possess clear and effective communication skills. Basic English proficiency is necessary.
- Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Must be able to:
- Comfortably lift 25 lbs.
- Walk, stand, push, pull, reach, stoop, stretch, bend, wipe, mop, and vacuum frequently for long periods of time (up to 4 – 8 hours).
- Climb ladders to reach and dust high spaces.
- Utilize various floor equipment (e.g., pressure washers, vacuums, extractors, buffers, etc.)
- Work nights and weekends
