Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within one clinic facility. Generally, it takes 1 person approximately 2-2.5 hours to thoroughly clean this facility. It is cleaned 6 days per week: Mon, Wed, and Friday after 9pm; Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday after 5pm. You have the option of cleaning on Sunday if you chose to skip Saturday. There are no time constraints on Sunday. You are required to provide your own vacuum and cleaning chemicals. All other equipment and paper products are provided by the facility.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Maintain and clean floors by vacuuming, and mopping
-Trash removal and restocking supplies
- Execute commercial cleaning duties in office spaces and common areas
- Sanitize all sinks, countertops, and door handles
Requirements
- Proven cleaning experience in janitorial or related roles
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and products
- Understanding of commercial cleaning practices
- Strong custodial skills to ensure cleanliness standards are met
