We are currently seeking a motivated porter/groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance. Primary responsibilities include property upkeep/groundskeeping, breezeway cleaning and maintenance outdoor and indoor amenity upkeep, and assisting in turns.
We have a Porter position available at the following location:
- New Community! Coming in one to two months! Fort Worth, TX (North - Summerfields/Alliance area)
** can start early and train at our Bexley Champions Circle or Bexley Grapevine Community
Pay: $16/hour plus quarterly bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Weinstein Properties is a forward-thinking property management company who owns and manages our apartment communities.
Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.
Job Duties Include:
- Daily grounds pick up
- Exterior Maintenance - blow out breezeways, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas
- Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities
- Clean Swimming Pool and deck area
- Preventative Maintenance
