Responsibilities:
Thoroughly cleaning and tidying all assigned areas, dusting and wiping down all surfaces, vacuuming carpets and furniture, sweeping and mopping hard floors, disinfecting and sanitizing high-touch areas, cleaning and scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens, changing bed linens, polishing mirrors and surfaces, and removing trash and recycling from the property.
Treating our clients with the utmost respect, professionalism, and kindness. We strive to exceed our clients' expectations with every interaction and ensure that they are completely satisfied with the cleaning services provided.
Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Prioritizing your work responsibilities. We work as a team and when someone can not show up it places the burden on the other team members.
During training the compensation is $18.00 per hour. After successfully passing training, the wage increases to $21.00 per hour.
Requirements:
Prior experience in home cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required
Must be reliable, punctual, teachable, and trustworthy
Must have a friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude towards clients, team members, and management
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team
Ability to follow cleaning procedures and schedules
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Must have a current driver's license, insurance, and full-time access to your own vehicle
Must have full-time access to a smartphone for scheduling and communication purposes
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and be legally eligible to work in the United States
Must have proficiency in speaking, understanding, and writing in English.
Must be comfortable working around pets and able to provide pet-friendly cleaning services
Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, talking or hearing, both in person and by telephone, using hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls, reaching with hands and arms, and regularly stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
