Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator Looking for an Experienced Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator
Job Location: Sarasota, FL
Job Description: Must be reliable, punctual, able to work without supervision, self-motivated.
We are a drug-free company, must pass a drug test and background check.
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments for sales’ department, also scheduling and coordinating projects and staff
- Submitting quotes/proposals and follow ups
- Preparing spreadsheets
- Reading and writing emails
- Filling
- Following up with customers – responding to customer emails, solving issues and assisting general manager and upper management as needed
- Keeping track of company credit card receipts
- Keeping track of supplies/products needed for inventory
- Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Sign Knowledge
- Bilingual – English and Spanish is a plus!
Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $14.00 per hour with raise after 90 days
