No experience necessary. Must be highly motivated to learn the essentials of setting up and maintaining profitable, highly-rated, and efficient AirBNBs.
You will be trained in the business from super-hosts, licensed real estate agents & investors.
Work your way up from cleaner to property manager. Goal is to train our methods to you, and as we expand you would manage and supervise cleaning and maintenance team members.
Job includes: customer communication, “turning over” homes each time a guest leaves, detailed cleaning, restocking household items, finding solutions to miscellaneous guest needs, troubleshooting/supervising minor repairs with service technicians, addressing broken items, malfunctioning items, etc.
Must be willing to learn all aspects of the business from minor repairs, to spot cleaning furniture, to pulling weeds, to touch up painting, etc..
PERFORMANCE INCENTIVES
- 20-30 hours guaranteed weekly, most days are 10am-4pm. Schedule varies with guest check-in/check-out. (pay begins at $15 per hour - no deductions, paid weekly)

We are a quickly growing Vacation Rental Management company based in Tampa, Florida. STARTING ROLE IS CO-HOST/CLEANER and for the right candidate promotion to PROPERTY MANAGER / OPERATIONS MANAGER is possible.
The most essential aspect of this role is the ability to effectively coordinate and juggle many different tasks at once. Candidate must have outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills.
This role is currently anticipated to be 20-40 hours per week as a 1099 contracted team member.
What you'll do:
Perform steps needed to make a new rental ready for guests.
Perform pre-arrival inspection of properties.
Using checklist and video docuementation to perform in-depth inspection of each property once a month.
Cleaning to learn the process then monitoring additional cleaners and be in constant communication with them to provide any needed constructive criticism or identify missed areas.
Proactively identify issues and/or quality assurance concerns.
Keep track using organizational skills of items that need to be completed.
Perform light maintenance as needed.
Manage and perform specific on-location tasks.
Make damage claims through the Airbnb app, and keep track emails to be sure all information requested is provided.
Respond to guest or homeowner related issues and solve problems.
Stock supplies, order and track supplies as needed, communicating with cleaners to ensure work is properly completed.
Making sure House Guides/ Rules are in good condition, reprinting or recreating if necessary.
Scheduling maintenance with preferred vendors or local services ie. pest control, plumbing, electrical, appliances & Handyman services.
Perform light maintenance as needed ie. skimming the pool, refilling the propane tank, changing air filters, light bulbs, changing batteries in remotes etc.
Knowledge of Dropbox to access house access, house guides, house photos, house info & vendor info etc.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Self-starter, flexible, with an extreme attention for detail. OUTSTANDING coordination and organizational skills, to constantly be scheduling and following up on regular and preventive maintenance. Customer service experience.
Ability to be trained and use a cell phone app for the house inspections.
Must be good with technology, and have a smartphone (preferably iPhone) for communication on
WhatsApp, sharing DropBox and other apps. Knowledge of wifi technologies and TV setups would be ideal.
Great problem solver who can handle challenges when they appear.
A reliable car is a must as the tasks related to this role predominantly occur in the vacation rentals.
Amazing eye for high level décor, staging, cleanliness, and guest readiness of high quality vacation rental homes.
Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Available on weekends.
Logistics:
Position will be required to work a varied schedule that includes evenings, nights, and weekends based on when checkouts occur or issues arise. Please do not apply unless this is something that works for you.
Competitive pay ranging from $15 per hour. Paid weekly. $50 weekly gas stipend.
