Responsibilities:
Drive to multiple locations nightly…
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper holders
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Skills:
- Self-disciplined, self starter: We do not micromanage our team. Most buildings will be worked alone or with another team member
- Attention to detail: Ability to notice and address small details in cleaning tasks
- Time management: Efficiently complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time
- Communication: Effective verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing cleaning schedules or tasks as needed
