Job Title: Senior Caregiver/Housekeeper
Our company is seeking a caring, compassionate, and fun-loving individual who has a passion for working with seniors. As a Senior Caregiver/Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our senior residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with medication management and meal preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for our residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
- Participate in resident activities and events.
Requirements:
- Must have a caring, compassionate, and fun-loving personality.
- Must have experience working with seniors and be comfortable providing personal care.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Must have experience in housekeeping and be detail-oriented.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
