Now seeking a Janitorial Area Foreman. We are seeking someone with previous experience in janitorial and supervisory, excellent people skills, computer skills.
- Must have a driver's license and must be able to clear a background check.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a Plus.
- Responsible for janitorial oversight of several facilities
- Supplies inventory
- Reports and initiates personnel changes
- Conducts training of Leads and direct reports
- Daily interaction with customers
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and floor work techniques.
- Have experience in computer usage, scanning/faxing and smart phone usage a Plus
This is a hands on position, meaning the area Foreman will have to do custodial work when needed.
Foreman Responsibilities:
Oversees custodial employees at one or more facilities. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
