Job Summary:The Room Attendant role involves cleaning and servicing guest rooms to deliver an exceptional experience. Responsibilities include maintaining the highest cleanliness standards, creating inviting rooms. Additionally, prompt reporting of defects is expected to uphold quality service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily Check-out and Stay-Over cleaning services
- Replace linens and make beds to perfection
- Clean and tidy bathrooms, ensuring impeccable hygiene
- Promptly remove trash and disposable items
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors for a polished look
- Dust furniture and surfaces with meticulous attention
- Collect and turn in items left by guests following procedures
- Ensure security and privacy in guest rooms
- Stock amenities and fresh towels for guest convenience
- Execute "Deep Cleans" as directed for thorough maintenance
- Ensure rooms meet company standards consistently
- Assist with any reasonable requests and perform other duties as needed
Education and Experience:
- Adequate education and literacy to identify and read product labels, and communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Proficiency in basic English reading, writing, speaking, and communication preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
