At Maid Easy, we are looking to add reliable Housekeepers, Maids, and Housekeeping Cleaners to our team who strive to achieve excellence; all while maintaining a positive attitude. We are looking for individuals who are willing and able to follow instructions as well as practice critical decision-making. Our cleaners play an important role in our day-to-day operations and are the face of the company while out in the field.
New Hire Bonus:
- Receive a $50 Bonus after 2 full calendar months (must be out of training)
Bonus/ Pay Raise Incentives:
- Earn a $50 Bonus (after completion of 2 full calendar months and if an employee does not call out 3 times in one calendar month for the first 2 months of employment.)
- Employees are eligible for a $1 increase in pay rate if they have 0 attendance issues and no complaints the previous month.
- Pay starts at $15.00 an hour, PLUS TIPS & MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT. Pay increase available upon evaluation at the year anniversary date.

Requirements for the Job
- Must be able to arrive at office at 7:45AM on days scheduled to work (Office is in Brandon area)
- Scheduled workdays are Monday-Friday and/or Weekends
- Must be 18 or over
- Must have own vehicle to use for position (mileage reimbursement available)
- Vehicle must be used throughout the workday, to drive to and from jobs. Our service area, that employees are expected to travel, include all of Hillsborough County and parts of Pasco County (Wesley Chapel/ Land O'Lakes area). **Can not use ridesharing or be dropped off at job locations**
- Up to date registration for vehicle being used
- Reliable transportation that can be used throughout the day
- Valid Driver’s license
- Insurance that covers employee as the driver of vehicle being used
- Positive attitude
- Must be able to fluently understand and speak English
- Must be able to pass nationwide background check-- No Criminal History
- Authorized to work in the United States
Physical requirements Maid Easy services many types of customers and offers a large variety of cleaning services. The following is a list of physical requirements all employees must be able to perform. Failure to perform any one of the listed requirements will result in the inability to complete jobs.
