The Janitorial Staff is responsible for maintaining clean facilities throughout the property.
From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls daily.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms on an hourly basis.
- Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones on an hourly basis.
- Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Clean up spills when required.
- Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
- Notify supervisors of major repairs needed.
- Training other employees as needed.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education
- High School Diploma or completion of GED preferred by not required.
Experience
- 1+ years of commercial cleaning.
Specialized Knowledge
- Knowledge of safety guidelines when managing chemical cleaners.
Skills / Abilities
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.
- Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces.
- Ability to lift and move fifty pounds.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
