The Janitorial Staff is responsible for maintaining clean facilities throughout the property.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls daily.
Clean and disinfect restrooms on an hourly basis.
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools, and phones on an hourly basis.
Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed.
Empty trash and recycling bins.
Clean up spills when required.
Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
Notify supervisors of major repairs needed.
Training other employees as needed.

Requirements:

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

High School Diploma or completion of GED preferred by not required.

Experience

1+ years of commercial cleaning.

Specialized Knowledge

Knowledge of safety guidelines when managing chemical cleaners.

Skills / Abilities

Excellent communication skills.

Knowledge of various cleaning products and when to use them.
Ability to clean and disinfect various surfaces.
Ability to lift and move fifty pounds.
Good organizational skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to use basic cleaning equipment.
