MaidPro, a premier residential cleaning company, is hiring a house cleaner to join its Boise/Meridian office. This is not a contract position or short-term gig – it’s a chance to start your career with great pay and a flexible schedule. Prior cleaning experience is not required.
We call our house cleaners PROs because we train them to MaidPro’s standards and support them with a competitive hourly wage plus other benefits. We are recognized for our culture of respect, teamwork and fun. We offer flexible schedules and no nights or weekends!
Our PROs work part-time and full-time cleaning customers’ homes. Typically, PROs check in every morning at our office for dispatch before traveling to their assignments for the day. They return home after their last cleaning assignment. Besides competitive pay, other benefits include:
- $16.00 Minimum Hourly Pay (cleaning, travel, and dispatch time)
- Paid weekly on Monday via direct deposit
- Quarterly wage increases based on all around performance
- Flexible schedule; no nights and no weekends required, but available on request

You will succeed as a MaidPro PRO if you:
- Passionate about customer service and take pride in your attention to detail
- Dependable and reliable
- Enjoys cleaning (no experience required, training provided)
- Works well with a team
- Comfortable driving your own vehicle to and from cleans
- Able to life up to 35 lbs as needed
- Able to communicate clearly in English
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that you can drive to cleaning assignments
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Willing to work in homes with pets
