The Lake Club is excited to announce a part-time opportunity to join our Building Maintenance Staff. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to this Troon managed Club and its members.
Key Responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Staff:
- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: minor electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trashcans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior of the facility including but not limited to: cleaning windows, stocking supplies, monitoring cleanliness of entire building, painting, drywall repairs.
- General pool maintenance including power washing pool deck, emptying trash, maintaining restroom cleanliness.
- Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Building Maintenance Staff:
- Associates degree or two years of related experience associated with Building maintenance.
Other Qualifications:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
