Our Pool Maintenance Route Manager is held to high standards at Coast To Coast. In this managerial role , you will be working new pool customers, setting them up with weekly pool service, managing new pool start ups, as well as managing pool cleaning technicians on a daily basis . Job Description
- Manage Pool Cleaning Technicians
- Assign Routes To Technicians
- Assure all customers are billed in accordance to their maintenance agreement
- Mild Troubleshooting with Customers via the Phone
- Understand proper pool water chemistry
- Set up new customers with weekly pool service
- Resolves client or customer concerns and provides excellent customer care.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and customer service skills.
- Ability to Multitask
- Ability to work in a high call volume environment
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to work well with others
- Minor Book Keeping abilities
Education and Experience:
· High school diploma / GED (preferred but not required).
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
