This position is for a day shift clean on Sundays and Wednesdays providing janitorial service to an enclosed condo development. Each day is approximately 2 hours of work. Must be able to start work between 9am - 3pm to complete all work by 6pm.
All equipment and chemicals are provided. This is a 1099 position.

*Must be able to speak English and be professional as you will work around clients.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a clean and safe environment
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
-Police grounds removing any trash
-Replace Light Fixtures
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Follow established safety procedures and protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Familiarity with floor care techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
