As a Swab Sub Contractor, you will be in charge of maintaining the building's cleanliness and be expected to provide an in-depth clean 1 days a week. The job's estimated time is 2.5 hours of cleaning and will be Friday night after the business is closed. The pay is a contract amount.

Responsibilities
The Sub Contractor is responsible for maintaining building facilities in an efficient, thorough manner. This includes taking out all trash, cleaning restrooms, disinfecting facility surfaces with EPA disinfectants, vacuuming a large facility edge to edge, mopping an entire facility edge to edge, documenting and requesting supplies, and cleaning. The Sub Contractor may also be responsible for cleaning outside windows. Deep cleaning facility restrooms and floors, gum removal, and carpet cleaning. The Sub Contractor is also responsible for stocking, organizing, and maintaining essential supplies in cleaning carts and janitorial closets. The Sub Contractor will also complete daily prioritized tasks and adhere to all safety regulations. Assume other duties as assigned. A cleaning partner is required for reliability purposes.
