Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail in all cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all spaces are sanitized and well-maintained.
Handle floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards.
Manage laundry duties (upon request) including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns regarding housekeeping services.
Assist in the management of housekeeping operations by following established procedures for cleanliness and safety.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing custodial duties.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field such as residential cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

Must provide 3 professional and 3 personal references
Speak English (conversational okay)
Have your own transportation and cleaning supplies
Have or be willing to get Business Liability Insurance
