Overview
We are looking for clean freaks who are obsessed with cleaning and can spot the tiniest of details in a home. We are offering paid training, which could take 2-3 home cleanings. This is a new business, so we are looking for people who can do on-call and would like a good side hustle making cash on the same day. Could make an extra 200-400$ a week and this will depend on the amount of clientele and tips. All equipment will be provided but must drive yourself to job site.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Follow established cleaning protocols and checklists to maintain consistency in service quality.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory of supplies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality work.
