Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Vacation Home Cleaners. As a key member of KC Cleaning Ladies, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' vacation homes.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize vacation homes in Sanford and surrounding areas.
Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a pristine environment for guests.
Wash all linens, towels, and replace linens on all beds.
Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors with precision.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners promptly.
Clean windows and glass surfaces for a spotless finish.
Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a secure work environment.
Complete inventory checks each time and restock owners closet.

Requirements:

Prior short-term rental or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Must be comfortable around pets and pet hair.
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Must be willing to complete a background check.
Reliable transportation is essential, as you may need to commute within a 30-45 minute radius.
Physical ability to lift 15 pounds, carry items upstairs, bend over, work on hands and knees, and stand/move for 75% of the workday.
