Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Vacation Home Cleaners. As a key member of KC Cleaning Ladies, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our clients' vacation homes.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize vacation homes in Sanford and surrounding areas.
- Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure a pristine environment for guests.
- Wash all linens, towels, and replace linens on all beds.
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors with precision.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners promptly.
- Clean windows and glass surfaces for a spotless finish.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain high standards.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a secure work environment.
- Complete inventory checks each time and restock owners closet.
Requirements:
- Prior short-term rental or residential cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable around pets and pet hair.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to complete a background check.
- Reliable transportation is essential, as you may need to commute within a 30-45 minute radius.
- Physical ability to lift 15 pounds, carry items upstairs, bend over, work on hands and knees, and stand/move for 75% of the workday.
