Qualifications:

Legal to work in the U.S.
Can speak and write in English (Although fluently is not required)
Must have reliable transportation & a valid drivers license.
Willing to commute around Jacksonville areas.
Experience. Hourly pay/rate is based on experience and there are opportunities to grow within the company.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
Have a decent phone camera to take before and after photos/videos

Responsibilities:

dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding clothes
Provide high-quality cleaning services to meet customer expectations
Ability to follow verbal directions
Ability to work well along others and communicate efficiently
Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
Pays close attention to detail when cleaning
Be organized

This is a 1099 contract position.
