Qualifications:
- Legal to work in the U.S.
- Can speak and write in English (Although fluently is not required)
- Must have reliable transportation & a valid drivers license.
- Willing to commute around Jacksonville areas.
- Experience. Hourly pay/rate is based on experience and there are opportunities to grow within the company.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
- General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning
- Have a decent phone camera to take before and after photos/videos
Responsibilities:
- dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding clothes
- Provide high-quality cleaning services to meet customer expectations
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Ability to work well along others and communicate efficiently
- Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
- Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
- Pays close attention to detail when cleaning
- Be organized
This is a 1099 contract position.
