JOB SPECIFICATIONS: hand in hand with operations, owner and crew to successfully execute functionality with organizational systems to provide more aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. This includes but not limited to:

Sourcing & shopping for organizational products, furniture, decor and storage solutions within the client's budget
Strategizing logistics for supplies & equipment needed for jobs (trips to storage unit included)
Managing the crew on and off site
Follow workflow using our project management tool (Basecamp) for all project related needs
Sorting, editing, decluttering, light cleaning and organizing for most projects-Managing client moves/relocations
Packing & unpacking for moves-Job site coordination (e.g donations, recycle, e-waste, shred)-Vendor coordination (e.g handy person)
Support with client correspondence and follow up
General customer service-Asset management (photos, records, etc.)

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently as well as part of a team. Having a non-judgmental approach is essential.

A PLUS BUT NECESSARY IF YOU HAVE BACKGROUND:

Use of project management tool (we use Basecamp)
Use of customer relations tool (we use HubSpot)
Use of Google Workspace

LOCATION (Must be willing to drive): Preference for applicants from East Bay, specifically Contra Costa. We work mainly in the Contra Costa, Solano & Alameda county but we do travel on occasion (depending on distance) such as

Marin County
San Francisco
South Bay
Marin County
Napa County

BENEFITS OVERVIEW:

18-40 hours a week (must have flexibility) Monday - Friday (rarely on a Saturday)
