JOB SPECIFICATIONS: hand in hand with operations, owner and crew to successfully execute functionality with organizational systems to provide more aesthetically pleasing spaces for our clients. This includes but not limited to:
- Sourcing & shopping for organizational products, furniture, decor and storage solutions within the client's budget
- Strategizing logistics for supplies & equipment needed for jobs (trips to storage unit included)
- Managing the crew on and off site
- Follow workflow using our project management tool (Basecamp) for all project related needs
- Sorting, editing, decluttering, light cleaning and organizing for most projects-Managing client moves/relocations
- Packing & unpacking for moves-Job site coordination (e.g donations, recycle, e-waste, shred)-Vendor coordination (e.g handy person)
- Support with client correspondence and follow up
- General customer service-Asset management (photos, records, etc.)

We are looking for someone who is empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently as well as part of a team. Having a non-judgmental approach is essential.
A PLUS BUT NECESSARY IF YOU HAVE BACKGROUND:
- Use of project management tool (we use Basecamp)
- Use of customer relations tool (we use HubSpot)
- Use of Google Workspace
LOCATION (Must be willing to drive): Preference for applicants from East Bay, specifically Contra Costa. We work mainly in the Contra Costa, Solano & Alameda county but we do travel on occasion (depending on distance) such as
- Marin County
- San Francisco
- South Bay
- Marin County
- Napa County
BENEFITS OVERVIEW:
