Job Title: Senior Caregiver/Housekeeper

Our company is seeking a caring, compassionate, and fun-loving individual who has a passion for working with seniors. As a Senior Caregiver/Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our senior residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance to seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Assist with medication management and meal preparation.
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for our residents.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
Participate in resident activities and events.

Requirements:

Must have a caring, compassionate, and fun-loving personality.
Must have experience working with seniors and be comfortable providing personal care.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must have experience in housekeeping and be detail-oriented.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
