Job Description

All About Flooring Clean Team is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented, experienced Commercial Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality commercial carpet cleaning services to residential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Carpet Cleaning Services:

Operate carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets, upholstery, and rugs.
Apply appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to remove stains, odors, and dirt.
Perform pre-cleaning inspections, move furniture and perform post-cleaning evaluations with clients.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their cleaning needs.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
Educate customers on carpet care and maintenance best practices.

Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance:

Maintain and clean carpet cleaning equipment after each job.
Ensure company vehicles are kept in good working condition and report any issues.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and order new supplies as necessary.

Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines.
Handle and dispose of cleaning agents safely and responsibly.
Follow all regulatory and compliance standards in carpet cleaning operations.

Scheduling and Reporting:

Manage daily schedule of cleaning appointments efficiently.
Complete and submit detailed reports on each cleaning job.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and customer interactions.

Other tasks on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in carpet cleaning is required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Skills and Abilities:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate and maintain carpet cleaning equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 85 pounds.
Comfortable with bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to handle cleaning equipment and supplies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

$18 - $22 per hour
Quarterly bonus
