Overview:

Maid My Home is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager located in Houston, TX. This role involves handling customer service, managing complaints, and managing new leads and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving business growth and providing excellent customer service. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
Sales and Booking Management:
Manage and convert new leads to achieve sales targets.
Assign new bookings to cleaners and ensure timely follow-up.
Target 10-20 bookings per week.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
Provide regular updates on sales and customer service performance.

Requirements:

Own computer and headset with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Proven experience in customer service and sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
Highly motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the cleaning or service industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and online sales tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
