Overview:
Maid My Home is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager located in Houston, TX. This role involves handling customer service, managing complaints, and managing new leads and sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving business growth and providing excellent customer service. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.
- Sales and Booking Management:
- Manage and convert new leads to achieve sales targets.
- Assign new bookings to cleaners and ensure timely follow-up.
- Target 10-20 bookings per week.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates on sales and customer service performance.
Requirements:
- Own computer and headset with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
- Highly motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the cleaning or service industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
