Job Summary:

Maid to Clean is growing with new clients and it's time to add another team member. We are looking for a reliable individual with a PASSION for CLEANING. We are looking for committed TEAM members, this is why our starting wage is $18 per hour.

If you have kids, this might be a perfect job for you. Jobs are Monday-Friday and generally start at 9am. The work day is then generally finished up by 4pm at the latest but we sometimes have a job that lasts until 5pm. Weekly hours worked range from 15 to 30 hours per week and paychecks are issued 2 times per month. NO WEEKENDS!!!

Being on time, personable, and paying attention to detail are a must. All cleaning supplies will be provided to set you up for success. You are required to have a smart phone to run our Jobber App and have a Drivers Licenses/reliable transportation/vehicle insurance.

Maid to Clean was started in 2018 and our owner Melanie Barnhill who has a true passion for the service industry. Her joyful, can-do attitude leads the way setting the expectations for our team members.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift up to 50 Lbs.
- Have a valid drivers license
- Have reliable transportation and know how to operate GPS on a Smart Phone
- Live in Lincoln, NE
- Be efficient, effective, and take pride in your work

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of carpets and floors through regular vacuuming and mopping
- Follow Job Form for each location to ensure efficient and effective cleaning processes

Experience:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus
- Ability to provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Skills:
- Ability to clean, sanitize, and organize various living spaces effectively
- Proficient in using cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with clients
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
