*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for guests and residents. *Responsibilities* - Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. - Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. - Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. - Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. - Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. - Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. *Experience* - Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided. - Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is an advantage. - Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is beneficial. - Knowledge of floor care procedures and housekeeping management practices is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
