PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work area by adhering to SanMar’s safety regulations.
Daily cleaning and sanitizing of building to include, but not limited to, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping of floors in restrooms and break room, vacuuming carpets in offices and showroom.
Restock supplies in restrooms and break room as needed.
Effectively communicate with the supervisors and Management regarding any needs or concerns in a timely fashion.
May be required to maintain a daily log of tasks assigned and completed.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:

Ability to work with customers and co-workers and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company and job.
Demonstrates ability to follow directions and change priorities or job duties as business needs require.
Ability to work in high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge on floor care, floor care chemicals, sanitizers and building maintenance equipment preferred.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Must be self-disciplined to stay on tasks.
Good communication skills.
Excellent organization skills; demonstrating the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities.
Must comply with all internal Personal Protective Equipment requirements.
Must be detail-oriented with the ability to recognize areas that need immediate attention and respond promptly.
Comprehend verbal and written instructions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.25 - $10.50 per hour
