Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our AirBNB is clean, safe, and sanitary for each guest that arrives.

Our busy season is between April through October. During these months you can anticipate anywhere between 2 and 5 cleanings per week. November through March is less busy, with approximately 5-10 cleanings per month. Due to this being a tourist business, we cannot guarantee a number of cleanings per month. But we can also provide for deep cleaning and landscape opportunities for you during the off season if needed.

Your starting wage will be $165 per cleaning. Performance bonuses can be provided on a monthly basis. All materials will be provided for you.

Each Cleaning You Will Need To:

-Wash all linens and change bedsheets

-Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets

-Wash dishes and put dishes away

-Clean toilets, showers, countertops, tables

-Clean out/wipe down fridge

-Clean kitchen counters/appliances and wipe down table and chairs

-Restock toiletries, soaps, and cleaning supplies for guests

General Responsibilities

-Manage your calendar to ensure that the house is ready for each guest upon their arrival. You will have at least 4 hours to clean the home.

-Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries for guests.

-Place orders for cleaning supplies with homeowner.

-Be available to check on guests or assist them if they have urgent issues that the homeowner cannot immediately resolve.

-We are willing to train the right person for this job. We do not require professional cleaning experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $165.00 per day

Expected hours: 4 – 15 per week
