Midwest Janitorial Service, Inc. is looking to hire full-time 3rd shift cleaning position. A successful candidate will be able to work independently and be able to consistently work their agreed upon shift. Wage varies based on shift. Overtime opportunities are available. Must be able to work weekends.

A qualified candidate must be self-motivated and responsible for arriving at the facility at the scheduled time and working the duration of the shift. This position takes place in a warehouse setting with work areas in refrigerated/freezer spaces.

Must have exceptional customer service as work is completed around the client.

The facility is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not allowed anywhere on-premises.

Wages will vary by shift.

Bonus Incentives for Attendance/Performance.

Position 1: 3rd Shift Friday - Monday

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General cleaning, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal.
Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and lift 20 lbs. – 30 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift.
Must be able to walk long distances as work is performed throughout all areas of the plant/warehouse.
Must pass a background check.
Must adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone.
