La Posada is currently looking for a full-time Custodian to join our dynamic Environmental Services department. This position is scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm. This dynamic person must have the following skills:

Performs duties related to maintenance of hard floors including stripping, waxing, top-scrubbing and recoating, burnishing, dust mopping, wet mopping, and moving furniture.
Performs duties related to the maintenance of carpets including shampooing, extraction, bonnet buffing, vacuuming, and moving furniture.
Performs routine cleaning of a maintenance and corrective nature in assigned area.
Is knowledgeable in proper chemical mixing and usage as it relates to the care of hard-surfaced floors, carpets, upholstery, and walls.
