Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that residential and commercial spaces are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Manage housekeeping tasks such as laundry, organizing spaces, and maintaining cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms.
Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care duties to ensure all surfaces are well-maintained.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or needs for replenishment.
Follow safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.

Requirements

Previous experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or housekeeping management is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and products, including carpet cleaning methods.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
