We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. As a Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Duties
- Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces.
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders.
- Conduct water quality tests and adjust chemical levels as necessary to ensure safe swimming conditions.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pool systems and equipment efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding maintenance schedules and any necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed on each pool.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician preferred.
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and equipment repair is essential.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
