Job Overview:
White Glove Cleaning Services, LLC is seeking experienced residential house cleaners to join our team in the Colorado Springs area. As a 1099 subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and inviting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and other areas as specified by clients.
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of verifiable residential cleaning experience.
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Reliable transportation to travel to job sites in the Wichita, KS area.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation:
- Jobs pay a flat rate, not hourly.
- Average pay per job breaks down to approximately $24-$28 per hour, depending on the difficulty rating of the cleaning project.
