Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaning Specialist to join our team on a part-time or on-call basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking additional work with flexible hours and the opportunity to grow alongside our company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
- Utilize eco-friendly cleaning practices in line with our company's commitment to the environment
- Use your own cleaning tools (preferred but not required); Oraa Clean provides all cleaning solutions, scents, and disinfectants
- Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Report any issues or client feedback to management promptly
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year professional cleaning experience required
- Skills: Knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and best practices
- Equipment: Owning your own cleaning tools is a plus
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to travel to various job sites within Palm Beach and surrounding areas
- Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work on-call as needed
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a background screening
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and excellent time management skills
