Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Duties
- Assist in cleaning of guest rooms (taking linen off beds).
- Dust, vacuum, carpet shampoo, taking out trash, heavy lifting, put away orders of supplies.
- Ensure all bathrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team.
- Assist with floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, and buffing as needed.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Move furniture for deep cleaning.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the hotel environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality services is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00 - $15.01 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
