Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. You must be comfortable and accommodating in working around the clients and staff as these building are open and operating at the time of our cleanings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming where able to.
- Empty trash bins and place new bags in.
- Clean restrooms including mirrors, toilets, floors etcc
- Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good condition; report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning roles such as commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently
- Punctual and accountable
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving equipment up to 25 pounds.
- A commitment to safety practices while performing cleaning duties.
Pay is once a month.
