Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented construction site cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all equipment is clean of any dust or debris. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks or seasonal clean-ups.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction cleaning or a janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols is a plus.
