**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Cleaner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, including office space, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas, and other common areas.

Responsibilities will include cleaning floors, dusting and washing surfaces, removing trash, and operating floor cleaners and power washers.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have excellent communication skills, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

**Key Responsibilities**

Clean and maintain office space, restrooms, and other common areas
Remove trash and recyclables
Operate floor cleaners and power washers
Dust and wash surfaces
Wash mirrors, glass, and equipment

**Requirements**

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent

**Working Conditions**

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work in a variety of settings, including offices, restrooms, and break rooms.

The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and to follow all safety protocols.
